Echinaforce Forte Vital contains Echinacea purpurea, which supports the resistance. Unique to this Echinaforce version is the addition of spirulina and Siberian ginseng. Spirulina contains Vitamin B12, which helps with fatigue. Suggested Use: Take 2-5x daily 1-2 tablets with some water. Maximum dosage: 5 times daily 2 tablets.
